If you are paying by Credit Card:  Please call the card information in to our office.  DO NOT send by email or through the mail.

Your credit card will be charged for the deposit of $200.00 per person.  You also have the option to pay in full or by payments.  Final payment must be made by October 20, 2009.   Carnival will charge the credit card for the amount of the cruise only unless your elect to get the optional insurance.

The quoted costs of the cruise includes a $75.00 per person amenities charge and a $60.00 per person fee for exteneded booking rates after July 24, 2009. This charge covers the amenities, payment for the Trop Rock Artists and for holding booking space in cabins for late (after July 24, 2009) bookings.  This may be paid by check.  THIS is NOT an additional fee to the quoted rates.   The rates quoted are inclusive of all fees.  Carnival reserves the right to change their policies at any time.  At present there is no fuel sur charge.  If economic fuel prices rise above $70.00 per gallon you will be charged a fuel surcharge.  No Gratituties have been added to the cost of the cruise quotes.  You may pay the gratituties to the cabin steward, waiter and bus person while you are on board.

Example:  Ocean View Double Cabin

$608.67 x 2 people=$1,217.34 Total Cruise Cost

Amenities = $75.00 + $60.00 = $135.00 x 2 people = $270.00  

$947.34 + $270.00 = $1217.34 Total Cruise Cost.

Carnival Cruise bookings may be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or Check. Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express are accepted.  If you have a Carnival Gift Voucher this will be accepted also.

Cancellation of Cruise:

Penalty of $200.00 per person as of November 15, 2009

Penalty of 50% of cruise fare as of December 15, 2009

Penalty of 100% of cruise fare as of January 5, 2010

• Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.
• NO REFUND in the event of trip interuption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise.  We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance. • Travel Insurance cost: Interior Cabin $59.00 per person Ocean View $65.00 per person
• Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable
• Name changes are charged a penalty designated by Carnival Cruise Lines
• Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult in the same stateroom
• Guests requiring assistance such as a wheel chair or oxygen are requested to advise us on this registration

• Registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis.  We have a very limited supply of staterooms in this group. 
• You will be contacted with your cabin number as soon as your cabin is paid in full. 
• When the deposit is made Carnival will issue your Booking Number.  This number will allow you to register for your FUN PASS on line at www.carnival.com.  
• If you would like to be close to others in the group please notify us and we will try to assign cabins close together as possible.  Carnival has the final say on assigning cabins.  We will make a request for you.
• Carnival has the right to change, update or amend their polices at any time without written notice.
• If you are under the age of 21 and not traveling with your legal parent or guardian you will be asked to provide a notarized permission form from your legal guardian.  Please refer to www.carnival.com for any questions you may have concerning the Carnival policy on age requirements.

Privacy is of upmost importance!  We will verify each guest by their booking number before we release any information!  After your booking is made you will need to give us your credit card information each time.  This information is not kept in files or records of any type.
